LuckyOne coordinates the administration of campaigns and the fulfillment of experiences.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

LuckyOne may require identity verification through third-party verification providers before allowing access to certain services.

LuckyOne does not store full identification documents.

Each campaign:

  • has official rules governing participation

  • may include purchase and free entry options

Entries obtained through purchase do not increase the odds beyond what is specified in official campaign rules.

LuckyOne reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

6. No Purchase Necessary

Where required by law, promotional campaigns hosted on LuckyOne provide a no-purchase-necessary method of entry.

Details for free entry are described in the official rules for each campaign.

7. Payments

Payments for entries or related products are processed through third-party payment processors. LuckyOne does not store full payment card information.

By making a purchase you agree to:

  • comply with payment processor policies.

All sales are subject to the refund and cancellation policies described in the applicable campaign rules.

8. Creator Participation

Creators who host campaigns on LuckyOne agree to comply with the platform’s creator terms and applicable laws.

Creators are responsible for:

  • complying with promotion rules

  • participating in the experience fulfillment.

Creators are not responsible for payment processing, campaign administration, or legal compliance of the platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the platform for illegal purposes

  • attempt to manipulate campaign results

  • submit fraudulent entries

  • interfere with the platform’s operation.

Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on LuckyOne, including logos, branding, and platform technology, is owned by LuckyOne or its licensors.

You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckyOne is not liable for:

  • technical errors

  • lost or delayed entries

  • third-party service failures

  • indirect or consequential damages.


12. Modifications

LuckyOne may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
